What it does

Cedarwood comes from the cedar, a tree that grows at high altitude and reaches thirty metres tall. Cedarwood is one of the oldest building materials in the world: temples, ships and chests were made from it, precisely because it's so strong and durable. doTERRA distils the oil from sawdust and offcuts left over from timber processing. The aroma is rich, warm and woody.

Its cleansing properties can improve the look of skin blemishes, and the aroma helps create a relaxed, balanced atmosphere. Lovely on your chest for focus, or in your diffuser in the evening to switch off.

How to use Cedarwood

1.Aromatically: a few drops in your diffuser to ground and switch off, also lovely towards the night.
2.On the skin: diluted with a carrier oil (5 drops to 10 ml), on your chest for focus for instance.
3.As perfume: 1 drop to 10 drops of carrier oil.
